Log in to the Patient Portal 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. (See the separate Patient Portal Instructions if needed.) 
 

After you log in to the Patient Portal: 

• You will receive a pop-up notification when your provider is ready for you to join the video visit.
   

• You will also receive an email notification with the subject line: Your Video Chat Visit is Ready 

 

Follow the prompts in the Patient Portal to join your telemedicine appointment.
