Associates in Dermatology of Traverse City is committed to providing you with the highest quality medical care, in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.  We hope that by providing you with our policies in advance we can prevent any misunderstandings or frustration at the time of your visit.  We participate with the following insurance companies:

With other insurances, we are a non-participating provider.  As a service and courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company, but you will be responsible for payment in full at the time of service.  We cannot bill any form of medicaid.  We also accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the time of their first visit to our office.

No Show Policy: Patients are given one grace no call, no show.  After the first no show, any no call, no show after that the patient will owe $75.  This needs to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.  If the patient is scheduled for an office surgery and is a no show, the patient will owe $150, that needs to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
