Dr. Dean grew up in Mid-Michigan where he attended Saginaw Valley State University earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry.  He graduated with honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1998 before beginning an Internship at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn.  He completed his Dermatology residency at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit.  Dr. Dean received his board certification and joined Associates in Dermatology in 2002. He feels privileged to live in Northern Michigan with his wife and 3 children and the many opportunities it provides him to bike, cross-country ski and garden.
